TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All products remain the legal property of KLA baby until paid in full.
Prices of products and shipping are subject to change without notice.
The sale of products is subject to the Terms and Conditions listed and detailed below.
You accept these Terms and Conditions when:
1. you submit and order;
2. you accept delivery of or any part of, the products persuant to an order; or
3. you make Payment, or partial Payment, for any products supplied by KLA Baby.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully as we do not issue returns or refunds on some of our products eg: all Dummies, custom made products, and more.  Check in the product description of each item before purchasing to see if it is a non-refundable item.

If accepted, Returns for change of mind will incur various costs including restocking fee, shipping for the item to be returned to us, shipping for further items to be sent back to you should you request a replacement item.  Return requests must be made in writing to info@klababy.com.au within 14 days of delivery date and must include the invoice/order number and a reason for return.  No returns will be accepted without prior approval and return delivery instructions.  Any authorised returns for change of mind will incur a 15% restock charge plus the cost of return freight to KLA Baby.  A refund will only be issued to you once the items are received by us in an unopened, undamaged state.  PayPal and Credit Cards will incur an additional 4% charge of the amount being refunded as these providers no longer refund their fees for using their services.

CANCELLATIONS

KLA Baby products are made to order.

We do not accept order cancellations once we have commenced manufacturing your order.  We reserve the right to refuse to cancel orders once placed, this decision will be made at our sole discretion.

For Dummies and other products already in stock, cancellation can be made if the order has not already been processed and packed for shipping or once despatched.

CHANGES

KLA Baby products are made to order.

We do not accept change of mind requests once we have commenced manufacturing your order. 

Please try to ensure that your order (especially if custom made) are correct before purchasing as we may not be able to make changes if your order has commenced manufacturing.

We endeavour to assist with any changes requested after the order has been processed, however, if the order has already been manufactured and/or despatched we are not able to process these requests.

CLAIMS

In the unfortunate and rare event that your items are faulty, please notify us in writing to info@klababy.com.au within 4 business days of delivery date to obtain a claim form.  This correspondence must include the invoice/order number and a description of the intended claim.  This form must be filled out in full including pictures of the fault and returned to us by 1 business day from receiving the form.  Please keep the parcel as we may need this to assess and make a claim through Australia Post.

We will supply a replacement product or refund and this decision will be made at our sole discretion.  Under some circumstances, we may require the faulty product to be returned and a pre-paid satchel will be provided.

Please note that items cannot be claimed if they have been in use.

LOST/UNCLAIMED PARCELS

No refund will be processed if the shipping address was incorrectly entered by the customer.  If a parcel is returned to us as a 'Return to Sender', the customer will be charged for shipping back to your requested address.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

The Shipping address is clearly stated at the checkout before purchase is made for the customer to confirm.  In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made prior to the order being processed.  Where possible, KLA Baby will try to accommodate requests for change of address.  KLA Baby takes no responsibility for any orders that are shipped to an incorrect or invalid address, and is not liable or any loss associated with this.

COMPLIANCE AND SAFETY

All KLA Baby products are carefully designed to comply with all relevant Australian Safety Standards - EN 12586 and AS/NZS 8124.1.

All wood products or products containing wood are beech wood - non toxic and natural.  All silicone beads are made from high quality, 100% food grade silicone and are free from BPA, Lead, Cadmium, Phthalates, PVC and Latex.

Beads will not absorb odours or support the growth of mould, fungus or bacteria.

SHIPPING

Shipping is not included in the cost of the items ordered and is calculated automatically based on weight and dimensions of your order.

ORDER LEAD TIMES

Standard orders will be despatched from our Queensland office within 5 business days of your order payment being cleared.

Express orders will be despatched from our Queensland office within 2 business days of your order payment being cleared.

Depending on location of delivery, applicable shipping times will vary.

No orders will be despatched until payment has been received in full.

Please note an allowance for longer than usual order lead times and shipping should be given during busier periods such as Father's Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notice.  All prices and sales (including end dates of sales) are as stated on the website and social media pages.  Please refer to your invoice or our website for current pricing.

We reserve the right to vary from these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

 

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Order times will be from the day payment is received in full.

2. REGULAR AUSPOST: Your order will be manufactured and despatched within 5 business days from our Queensland office.  Standard transit time then applies to your location from Queensland.  Estimated delivery times are available from the AusPost website.  We endeavour to process, manufacture, and despatch your orders in a significantly shorter time frame, to be safe allow 5 business days for despatch PLUS 8-10 business days for transit time.  This is a total of 15 business days or THREE WEEKS from order placed to parcel delivery.

3. EXPRESS AUSPOST: Your order will be manufactured and despatched within 2 business days from our Queensland office.  Express transit time then applies to your location from Queensland.  To be safe allow 2 business days for despatch PLUS 2-3 business days for transit time.  This is a total of 5 business days or ONE WEEK from order placed to parcel delivery.

4. Shipping options will be provided through a number of registered courier.  At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to vary the shipping method used according to operational requirements.

6. The sale of goods is subject to our Shipping Terms and Conditions as detailed above.
