How much does shipping cost?

The shipping price starts at $9.30 based on the weight of products, and increases accordingly. This will automatically update at the checkout.

How does free shipping work?

We offer free shipping on orders paid over $80.

This means if your order for the items in your cart totals $80 or over, free shipping is added automatically. Please note: If you are using a discount code the same rule applies once the discount is utilised. 

Can I customise my order?

Yes, definitely!  We like to ensure that you can have any colour combination that you desire and most of these options will already be available for you to choose with each product.

How long will it take for my order to be despatched?

Order times will be from the day payment is received in full.

All handmade orders are made and despatched by us within 5 business days of receiving payment.

During a sale or busy period (Father's Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas), our turn around time may increase.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

Order times will be from the day payment is received in full.

Once your order is despatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location from Queensland.

Can I track the progress of my delivery?

Yes! Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been despatched. We also provide email updates each step so you know exactly where your order is.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

This could be due to the email address being entered incorrectly at the checkout. Throughout the shipping process, we send a confirmation email, an email when your order has been despatched, and an email once your item has been delivered.

Can I get a refund or return an item/order?

Please choose carefully as we do not issue returns or refunds on some of our products such as any Dummies.  Check in the product description of each item before purchasing to see if it is a non-refundable item.

You can request to return a product, however, please note that not all requests will be accepted and that this will incur a fee for change of mind.  For more information on Returns, please click HERE.

Can I cancel my order?

KLA Baby products are made to order.

We do not accept order cancellations once we have commenced manufacturing your order.  We reserve the right to refuse to cancel orders once placed, this decision will be made at our sole discretion.

For Dummies and other products already in stock, cancellation can be made if the order has not already been processed and packed for shipping or once despatched.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please try to ensure that your order (especially if custom made) are correct before purchasing as we may not be able to make changes if your order has commenced manufacturing.

We endeavour to assist with any changes requested after the order has been processed, however, if the order has already been manufactured and/or despatched we are not able to process these requests.
